Cinnamon
Cinnamon provides a warm and comforting flavor and aroma to baked goods, desserts, warm beverages, and savory dishes. Ceylon cinnamon has a lighter, more delicate flavor than the more common cassia cinnamon, with less heat. It is used in this recipe for Healthier Blueberry Coffee Cake (without dairy)
